QZENI ships natural stone bracelets and QZENI Create custom bracelet orders from fulfillment locations in the United States and Hefei, China. The fulfillment origin is selected after purchase based on the product and available inventory.
United States order cost
Standard shipping to a United States address is $5.99 USD for orders below $100 USD and free for orders of $100 USD or more. The standard shipping charge does not change when QZENI selects a United States or China fulfillment origin.
Processing and estimated delivery
Orders are normally processed in 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
- Orders fulfilled in the United States normally spend 5-7 business days in transit.
- Orders fulfilled in Hefei, China normally spend 7-9 business days in transit.
Because the fulfillment origin can change with inventory, customers in the United States should allow 8-11 business days from order placement for standard delivery. Any checkout estimate shown for a specific order takes precedence.
Tracking
When an order ships, QZENI sends a shipping confirmation email with available tracking information. Tracking can take 24-48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.
Duties, import taxes, and customs
For orders QZENI fulfills from China, QZENI pays applicable customs duties, import taxes, and customs-clearance charges. Customers will not be asked to pay those charges separately for delivery.
Address accuracy
Please review the shipping address before checkout. If an address needs correction, contact info@qzeni.com as soon as possible. An address can only be changed before shipment.
Delays and delivery questions
Weather, customs review, holidays, local delivery volume, or address issues can delay a carrier. If tracking appears delayed or shows delivery but the package cannot be located, contact info@qzeni.com with the order and tracking numbers.
