Processing Time

Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days. Custom bracelet designs (QZENI Create) require additional preparation time of 5–10 business days before shipment.

Shipping Rates

• Standard Shipping (US): $7.99 — estimated 5–8 business days
• Free Shipping: Orders over $100 ship free within the US
• International Shipping: Available to most countries. Rates calculated at checkout.

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Allow 24 hours for tracking to update.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country.

Lost or Stolen Packages
