Shipping

Shipping & Fulfillment

Standard bracelets

Ready-to-ship bracelets are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of your order. Estimated delivery times vary by destination — typically 5–12 business days for US orders, and 10–21 business days for international orders.

You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

QZENI Create (custom) orders

Custom bracelets designed through QZENI Create are made after your order is submitted. We review your design, confirm the details, and handcraft your piece before shipping. Please allow an additional 3–7 business days for production on top of standard shipping time.

We will contact you if we have questions about your design before production begins.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight. Free shipping promotions, when available, are applied automatically at checkout.

Tracking & delays

Once your order ships, tracking updates are provided via email. Carrier delays, customs processing, and peak-season volume can occasionally extend delivery windows. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, please contact us and we will investigate.

Returns & Refunds

Our Return Policy

Standard bracelets — 30-day returns

If you are not satisfied with a standard ready-to-ship bracelet, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.

To start a return, contact us at our contact page with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.

Custom Create orders

Because QZENI Create bracelets are made specifically to your design after checkout, they are not eligible for return or exchange unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your custom bracelet arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will make it right.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Are QZENI bracelets made from real natural stones?

Yes. QZENI bracelets use natural stone beads selected for color quality and visual consistency. Because they are natural, slight variations in color, texture, and pattern are normal and expected — each piece is unique.

What does "gift-ready packaging" mean?

Every QZENI order is packaged for gifting — no extra gift-wrap step needed. We also perform a simple symbolic care ritual before shipment as part of our preparation process.

How does QZENI Create work?

QZENI Create lets you design a custom bracelet in your browser — choose stones, set your wrist size, and preview the design. After checkout, our team reviews your design, confirms the details, and handcrafts your bracelet. Please allow additional preparation time for custom orders.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly. If you need to change or cancel, contact us as soon as possible via our contact page. We will do our best to accommodate changes before your order enters production or ships. Custom Create orders may not be cancellable once production has begun.

Do crystal meanings have health or wellness benefits?

Crystal and stone meanings at QZENI are traditional, symbolic, and personal. They reflect cultural associations and individual intention. QZENI jewelry is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or guarantee any medical, financial, or life outcome.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, QZENI ships globally. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Customs duties and import taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.

How do I find my bracelet size?

Measure your wrist with a soft tape measure or a strip of paper, then add 1–1.5 cm for a comfortable fit. Our bracelet size guide has step-by-step instructions. The QZENI Create builder also lets you enter your wrist size directly.
