Privacy Policy

Last updated June 6, 2026. This Privacy Policy explains how QZENI collects, uses, stores, protects, and deletes customer, order, account, and authorized social media information.

1. Information we collect

QZENI may collect information that customers provide directly, information generated through store activity, and information required to operate authorized services. This may include name, email address, shipping address, billing details, order history, product preferences, customer service messages, IP address, device information, browser information, cookies, checkout activity, and communication records.

If a user authorizes social media account management or content publishing functions, QZENI may also process account identifiers, authorization tokens, channel information, publishing status, post metadata, and platform responses needed to perform the authorized action.

2. How we use information

Information may be used to process orders, prepare shipments, provide customer support, manage returns, prevent fraud, improve website performance, personalize store operations, comply with legal obligations, and communicate about order status or support requests.

For authorized social media account management and content publishing, information may be used to connect approved accounts, manage publishing workflows, schedule or publish approved content, retrieve account or post status, maintain logs, and troubleshoot platform API issues.

3. Information storage and security

QZENI uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the type of information handled. Where account authorization data is stored on your server for approved social media management functions, sensitive tokens or credentials should be protected with AES-256 encryption where applicable, access controls, and limited retention.

No online system can be guaranteed completely secure. Customers and authorized users should protect account credentials, avoid sharing private access, and contact QZENI if they believe account data has been compromised.

4. Third-party services and APIs

QZENI may use Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics providers, fraud prevention tools, email systems, Google/YouTube APIs, and social media platform APIs to operate the store and authorized services. These providers process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.

Google/YouTube API and social platform API data should be accessed only for authorized account management, content publishing, reporting, troubleshooting, or customer-approved functionality. QZENI does not sell connected account authorization data.

5. User rights and deletion

Users may request access, correction, deletion, or disconnection of eligible account data. A user can request removal of connected social media accounts and related stored data at any time, subject to legal, security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, or transaction record retention requirements.

To submit a privacy request, email info@qzeni.com. Include the email address associated with the account or order so we can identify the relevant records.

6. Cookies, retention, and contact

QZENI may use cookies and similar technologies for store functionality, analytics, checkout performance, security, and user experience. Data retention depends on the type of record, legal requirements, transaction history, support needs, and platform obligations.

For privacy questions, data deletion requests, account disconnection, or API-related privacy concerns, contact info@qzeni.com.
